At Seville Classics, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home organization and furniture solutions. If you are not happy with your purchase, you may return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your account or use the guest order tracker to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Secure the Package

  Carefully pack the items in their original manufacturer packaging, ensuring all hardware, components, and instruction manuals are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
